A proforma describes the proposed terms of a sale. It should not be confused with a final invoice or a payment receipt. Choose Proforma to clearly identify your document.
Proceed to invoicing
When the terms are accepted, open the proforma in your documents and choose Invoice. A new invoice is created after reviewing the lines; the original is preserved.
